ServSafe Certification Course and Exam

Registration is open for the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam in Bismarck. The registration and payment deadline is November 2, 2026. Class size is limited to 35, so register soon.
ServSafe® is the National Restaurant Association's food safety training and certification program. This class is taught by Deborah Strand, a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Proctor.
The class uses the new 9th Edition ServSafe Manager Essentials book, which includes the 2022 FDA Food Code. It is taught by Deborah Strand, a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Proctor. Participants who pass the exam with at least 70% receive a Certification of Completion from the National Restaurant Association.
Fees
Full training and exam: $230
Full training and exam, no book needed: $175
Exam only, taken at the end of the class: $110
Full registration includes the book, seven hours of food safety instruction, supporting materials, a practice exam, the certification exam, proctoring, and a light lunch with coffee and water.
How to register
Download the registration form (PDF), complete it, and email it to deborah@debstrand.com. Make checks or money orders payable to Deborah Strand and mail them to 8090 Wildrye Place, Bismarck, ND 58503. Books and materials will be mailed after payment is received.
Fees are non refundable. Deborah Strand may cancel a session if fewer than 25 people are registered. Questions can go to Deb at 701 318 3638.
